Criminal activity that the genetically inferior (child molesters, burglars, rapists, etc.) engage in allows them to ignore and outright threaten the meritocracy in place. There is a meritocracy in place. The smart get into elite universities. The attractive get treated better in life and have a higher social value. This is a meritocracy.

Nepotism only effects the 1% of people rich and fortunate enough to be a part of it- the working class to middle class transition is perfectly capable of happening through the attainment of higher education and sufficient natural ability. Nepotism doesn't effect this in a major way given things like student loans. A larger working class will only increase the nepotism of the upper classes as entry into those economic brackets become more and more demanding, which is why the fertility rate of the working class can't work in a post-industrial society.

eugenics is about building a society where healthy and good people are able to flourish. in a disgenic society, drug addicted criminals have tons of kids that they don't raise while hard working men of virtue have 0 to 2 kids. In a eugenic society, the numbers would be reversed.

a eugenic society actually encourages people to be better and steers them away from self destruction without keeping lists of who is "allowed" to breed or any nonsense like that.
