You already said you want to damage society so beg, don't buy things, and when you go out, go out in a way that requires as much money to be spent as possible, break into a factory and jump into some machinery with tools in your jacket to fuck it up as it crushes you.

Most reliable method is having or faking a mental illness or a permanent injury that keeps you from being able to work. Anything that makes you a potential danger to others is a good bet. You should research mental illness extensively if you want to find which will be easiest for you to fake. Then you can get benefits from big daddy government and live off of those. If you can't do that begging while living off of unemployment benefits can work. Just act like a total sperg in every job interview so that you can stay unemployed indefinitely. Be a man that no one wants to hire. As a side activity you could engage in a bit of primitive hunting and gathering. I say primitive because buying guns and bullets contributes to society. If you want to hunt, or poach, any idiot can make a spear, or a sling, or a bow, with little to no spending needed. These side activities require that you live in a good area for them though. You could also live off of a girl that doesn't mind spending money on you, but finding such a girl and getting together with her is like winning the lottery. It's not something you can realistically pursue, just something that some people can end up with.

Also there's becoming an independant illegal drug dealer, but screw that dude. You have to be a strategic genius to pull that off, and if you're actually successful at it, the paranoia isn't worth the cash.
