For whatever reason I only poop about once a week. I feel fine in this rhythm and it has been like this as long as I can remember. I was somewhat shocked when I first found out that most people poop at least once a day.

Probably this, when I didn't work out I went once a day but after I started it only happens 1 to 2 times per week. It also helps that I eat just enough to fulfill my daily needs.
