>still can't find a job that I would enjoy doing and that wouldn't drive me to kill myself
Same here
27 years old and never found a worthwhile job, just some that were slightly more bearable than others. It's honestly looking like suicide is a better prospect than wageslaving, I don't feel great when I'm a NEET but I feel a hell of a lot better as a NEET than I do as a slave.

>get job in manufacturing electronics
>think it will be perfect, I don't mind monotony and it should have less social interaction
>turns out theres a ton of downtime and people stand around and talk
I lasted about a month or two, then during the first break time I walked out to my car (as if to smoke a cigarette) and just drove home. Made the mistake of not saying "i quit" and then ended up calling my emergency contact later in the day

forgot to say in that post but this was 4 years ago, and I haven't had a job since. Sometimes when I work up the courage I go donate plasma since there's a local place that isn't full of trashy people and the workers are somewhat competent

Sometimes it's better to use the job as a way to fund an activity that you do find fulfilling, rather than looking for a fulfilling job.
