Occasionally I'll have random flashes of white light that have no obvious source along with the sense that a lengthy period of time has passed without any change from a few seconds ago. I know I can't back it up with any evidence, but I sometimes feel like this actually is a video game. The white light I experience could be expained from entering/exiting the game and the perception of time could be explained by memories not related to the game being blocked thus creating a truly immersive experience.

What do you guys think about the idea that this is all a game we're in? It makes me think that if I keep voluntarily coming back even though I hate it, the real world must be so horrible that this is my form of escapism.
