This thing is nothing. If your body isn't used to it, it can feel scary but go eat something light with it. A bit of food can help balance you out.

Well, I like them because they give me a huge boost but it doesn't come with any of the garbage energy drinks do.
I was looking for an cold or iced coffee drink alternative to energy drinks and I found one.
But they don't tell you how much caffeine is in them, which worries me.

Just don't drink more than one in a few hour period until you get used to them. Over an 8 hour work period I could down nearly 4 most days. I imagine that drink has no more than 100mg

I took just under a gram of DXM once and my heart felt like it would explode sometimes and other times I couldn't feel it at all. so unless you have a heart condition you're good to go
