No. It's usually really quiet but at times i feel like i can't hear the sound coming out of my speakers too well so i almost always find myself setting the volume a bit higher than the last weeks, but it's still not really loud.

The ringing usually happens at random when the entire room is quiet and i dont play any games or music.
