/vg/ guilds are always full of normies OP. I've joined three of them, it's always either normies talking about their girlfriends and how many women they've fucked or 16 year old kids who clearly started browsing 4chan within the year. Maybe a couple trannies or an attention whoring female. Then normie clique drama occurs and the guild eventually disbands and I don't bother joining whatever replaces it.
