Look in the corner of rooms for people. The mousy types are probably looking at the people around them, on their phones, or reading. Now jere's the hard part. Approach them and begin a conversation. If theu aren't interested, walk away and never think about it again. If they are interested, introduce yourself. Ask for contact info, and see if you can meet with them again.

OP don't be naive. A quiet girl will never sit by you in the library in large comfortable chairs, reading different works and discussing them with you later, having a meaningful conversation that doesn't end in "that's nice". Because they don't exist. You don't get to have that.

trust me, the girls who like silence are ones to talk anyway. they're scared of conversation to the point of not reaching out socially. so if you see one hiding with headphones in and reading their phone or a book, it's not safe to approach. chances are they're more afraid of you than you are of them.
