Have you been sleeping enough anon? This happened to me when I was up about 40 hours

>try to drive down road in the morning
>body won't stop trying to fall asleep so i keep falling asleep for 2-3 second intervals about once every 3 seconds

on another note, my grandma called me a psychopath when she didn't think i could hear her a few weeks ago

Get a program that turns your screen orange this will remove harmful blue rays from blurring your vision giving the illusion of a object in your vision. If this is too complicated just lower your screen brightness this will help your vision in general.

The shadow people have always been there. Its only a problem if you make eye contact.
