I'm on the verge of going crazy right that moment. My bf just broke up with me because i was not able to be as good as he needs me to be. I was a normal girl, reasenoble socialised but still uncomfortable most oft the time with strangers. I had boyfriends but was never really happy with them and never knew why. Then i met him and he showed me an anon world. He is really outgoing but he can be so out there and in the same time beeing crawled inside his head. He showed me how women manipulate men and how they really dont matter in our society. Looking at it evolutionary it makes sense but arent we above that by now?
So i learnd about alot through him but i could not live up to his standards. Your post calmed me down OP. I was writing down everything whats on my mind that made me fall deeper and deeper into the underworld. Your post reminded me that there is a way out.. Self-improvement. I tried before but i failed and now my failure is crushing me because he left. I need to try again to get me out oft that hole.
