Do you know how a police car sounds like "wheee wheee wheee" when it's coming, but goes to "wheewheewheewhee" when it goes past us? (sounds faster even if at the same speed) That's due to time dilation, further proving Einstein's right.
The past (the cop car coming) comes so slowly that it never really reaches us, that's why what's in the past stay in the past. While the future goes so fast that we never really reach it.
This effect is so pronounced that when we see birds that are really far away so they look very tiny, the time that would take for their light reach our eyes means they could already be extinct for millions of years.

no OP. youre talking about sound. time dilation is about light.
plus the effect of time dilation in relatively small area is so small its unnoticeable. theres no way you can observe it precisely.
