The blame should be on the sexual liberation movement, which made it so that a few men fuck a ton of women, and most guys get close to nothing. What should we do, punish all women for acting in a way that was not necessarily immoral on an individual level, but degrading when done on a massive scale? It's not an individual woman's "fault" when she fucks a ton of chads and leaves betas to die. On her own, she has not harmed anyone by not participating with them.
