play as a stealth archer and prolong your playthrough by another 10 hours. even with the early game stat advantage bosmer are trash, nord is the canonical and statistical superior choice.

Stealth archer as many have mentioned is also my favourite but on my last playthrough I started to use more and more daggers and sneaking up close for dope killmoves.

Also try mixing in illusion spells or if you really like a challenge try to play with illusion magic only as much as you can by avoiding direct combat, like a stealth mage of sort

Play Oblivion. Just do it. I started out playing only Skyrim but now i find that its lack of a class system is absolutely disgusting.
