yeah, it's bullshit. i tried it a while ago (you don't download anything) and there's no way to view a private account without following, that's the end of it.

for future reference, make a fake instagram page now of a girl (and make it real by garnering followers a bit, makeup is always big on ig) so if you -need- to follow a girl they'd think your account is some random girl. bitches love random followers.
