Single parents in general suck, hell even dual parents aren't that perfect. "it takes a village" is a cliche for good reason, it's fucking true.
But in my experience, single mothers think they HAVE to be both the caring mom and the strong dad, but suck at both because they stereotype the roles. Single dads, again just my experience, figure out "holy fuck i don't know what im doing someone please help me" and go get help.
