I used to use a whole host of measures such as hiding in toilet that nobody uses because they're tucked away in a corner far away from the cafeteria so no faggots come in and make sure its near a STEM wing of school so only other beta fucks come in. Since you dont have a library which I also used to hide in or can't go outside something that I used to do, you can just do what I do when forced which is take a rag of thick cloth and soak it in perfume and find that one golden toilet and make it smell all good and cover your face and nose with that cloth but make sure your eyes can still see and you can dick around on your phone browsing memes but you will starve yourself so I recommend getting out of the toilet 5 minutes before lunch ends and grabbing a bite from the cafeteria as all the kids are getting ready to leave or you can go to a vending machine or just bring a snack you can hold in your hand from home. I do not recommend eating in the bathroom as it is the most nauseating experience you can have. You can also play pranks in your toilet domain by bringing a few sharpies for vandalism and a few packets of ketchup that are slightly torn and put them under other toilet seats for a sicc prancc that the school has to address eventually so you don't feel as helpess or as much of a loser as you would, imagine yourself as some anime character or something bro. You should also find a way to spend some 45 minutes on the toilet seat without your legs falling asleep. I personally used clothes from the lost and found to make the seat more bearable to sit on and then return them because the bitch who was moderating them was a stacie who would never make eye contact so didn't notice what I was doing. Also you should find a place to store your bag in a sanitary way instead of just putting it on the bathroom floor, I used another lost and found cloth to put that shit on and made sure it was clean and never used to aid me on sitting on the porcelain throne. How do you survive?
