that's a nice bathroom,

i used to take naps on the bathroom floor with the shower running, the sound of rain and storms relaxes me, i cant explain why, i've heard other people like it too though.

Until my water bill came. now if i do i just lay there with the fan on :(

Yeah I'm like that too always find it soothing when it's raining and you're going to sleep. Better than complete silence I guess.

oh, i cant sleep in total silence, i have a fan running, a cricket noise machine and a radio in another room. i really dont like total silence.

my favorite ambient noise though is rain or shower noise.

i like to take shower-bath hybrids. plug the drain, turn the shower on, and sit down. the sound of the water falling creates a tranquil experience

yea, i do that too, i need to get a new shower valve thing so i can tweak the water flow so it is just enough so the shower thing doesnt click off, the one i have now the flow is stuck and the hot water runs out too fast. Otherwise i would sit in there for 2 or 3 hours

the thing is, you can't really waste water. if water goes down the drain it's still water, if it evaporates it's still water. It's still on the planet. The only way you could really waste water is if you sent it off the planet somehow.

I used to do this everyday in middleschool / early highschool. So comfy to sleep in the shower/tub combo. The water would hit my knees, I was lieing against the slanted back wall with a warm mist falling over the rest of me. Usually with my arm over my eyes to be comfortable.

Then 10-15 minutes later my parents would wake me up asking if I was almost done. It was great.

these days I'd rather just sleep in my bed
