So I'm thinking about grooming myself better, like using moisturizers and facial cleansers. I just never really cared to use products like this, but lately I just feel like I'm a gross slob who doesn't take care of his appearance, I mean I shave and shower but I don't feel like that's good enough. What moisturizers and facial cleansers would you recommend that aren't terribly expensive?
Do they even work? Can you tell a difference? I have pretty oily skin and I sweat pretty easily as well, like my face always feels greasy even after I get out of the shower. I also have eczema, so my skin can be quite dry in certain places, but usually my face is more greasy than dry, it really sucks. Thankfully I don't have acne, I get an occasional blemish on my face every now and again but I figured that's because I have oily skin, also sometimes I get one or two razor bumps from shaving.
Yes they work

I personally don't browse Reddit, have nothing against the site but I never took an interest in it. No particular reason, just always preferred coming on 4chan over Reddit. Also I figured at least some people on /r9k/ used facial cleansers and what have you. Believe it or not I've met quite a few STRAIGHT guys that had lots of grooming products, can't really blame them for taking pride in their appearance, I'm sure it helps with attracting women. I mean, probably lots of benefits, but women notice when a guy makes an effort in their appearance/hygiene.
