>eat with rice , hot sauces, and veggies

How much weight have you gained? Sounds like a fast track to lard town to me
>>39264347
I just buy Huel since I am super lazy when it comes to cooking. 2 per day is enough for me.

If cooking is too much of a PITA, crock pot a large amount, then out half in the freezer. Split the other half and eat throughout the week.

Like 5 pounds, but I exercise regularly so I'm relatively fit. I probably have lots of cholesterol though.
this is why your stupid fucking prodigal spendthrift generation can't afford a house

If you keep gaining weight, at some point it won't matter if you exercise.
I have a weird issue where I wish I could buy groceries in bulk but I get bored after a single meal of the food and/or I can't eat enough of it before it goes bad. takeout or delivery or restaurant is sometimes just better because I waste less food.

You really can't figure this out, can you? Fuck it, I'll make you a meal plan you fucking autist. Stand by.

I don't like leftovers. I tried a meal plan, but ended up wasting a lot of food. Can't bring myself to have the same breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner every day.

I have two of pic related and two fridges. It's easier when you buy a house instead of Mickey d's.

Notice also that you are eating the same meal, at shortest, every 3 days. That sounds be good enough to not be sick of something.
