Do weightlifting. Because of the muscle you build, your body will have to burn more calories to sustain itself. Eat 200 grams of protein a day and eat healthy fats (nuts, avocado etc.). Don't do cardio. It's more work and less fun and in the end you will just be skinny instead of having muscle.

it can help to distract yourself, also one thing you can do is take a picture as you are now as well as progress pics every week maybe to remind yourself and stay motivated. keep remembering what made you want to lose weight in the first place

Lost 10 pounds last month by reducing my calories down from 3000 ish to 2000. So tired all the time.
