Well, about 5 years ago I got into the best shape of my life. Dressed nice and got rid of all my bigger clothes. Now I'm bald (hair was thinning and decided to just shave it), put on significant amount of weight, depressed again and pretty much right back where I started. Started in mid 2016, has culminated to now.
