Paruresis/pee shy. I have it too. It can be gotten over if you make yourself pee in public restrooms when people are around. I started doing that but lost my motivation to finish and went back a few steps.

The process itself is very embarrassing considering preschoolers don't think twicw about this stuff, but necessary (at least for me).
