I had a lump in my armpit and in the last few days It got extremely painful, now it feels like whatever this is is going to burst, I feel like my skin is going to break any moment now.
Do you think I should go to a doctor? I'm pretty broke at the moment and I don't think I can afford any surgeries.

It looks like a plugged gland. Hot compress it for a while and it will most likely burst. Head to a walk-in clinic if it shows any signs of infection at all.

Looks like caused by friction, fat people get them.
Pop it with a sterile pin and squeeze out the pus or put a bandaid on top so that you stop irritating it with friction.

Its a cyst. Sometimes they go away if they're under the skin well enough but you can probably pop it or lacerate it with a sharp knife. Just be careful and sterilize the area with iodine and sterilize the instrument. Then put gauze on it with antibiotics and use some tape to hold it on there. Armpits are breeding grounds for bacteria so you don't want to get an infection.
