Have real health issues and things im worried could be health issues that could kill me eventually (which honestly is probably mostly paranoia, but partly based in reality as well) and I obviously need to go to the doctor but im too nervous and lazy to, and it's making me even more anxious than i was already. Vicious cycle of worry. I just wanna do some molly again to kill my depression and anxiety and gain a healthy perspective, at least temporarily. My life is a mess. I'm too pussy to kill myself or die but I don't wanna live either.
