If you're cheating, then that always involves lying to your partner. It also involves " Presenting a false version of yourself at the beginning" (point 11), manipulating, (point 9), lack of communication (point 4), and withholding affection (point 2).

Also, if you're actually cheating on your partner, you don't get to cry about them being suspicious/jeleous (point 10).
