It is not a conspiracy theory, it was a genuine theory that was being taught in western schools for several years
Regardless of whether or not they were successful in implementing it in the 40s, the fact is that what is going on right now is an exact mirror image of the teachings in cultural marxism. In short stir up race and gender conflict in order to push socialist (ie. progressive) values on the west, teach them that they are oppressed and that they need to overthrow their oppressors (ie. white men).
This is being taught in universities today, this is being pushed by the media and entertainment, laws are being pushed to "protect" women and minorities by curbing the rights and opportunities of men.
