So by white what do we mean here

If you just mean European then your best bet is starting with the Minoans, being that to my knowledge they were the only major Bronze Age Civ in Europe, with the Babylonians and Ancient(Ancient) Egypt in that Middle East/North African region. I don't think anything here can be considered world dominating, or even area dominating though, and I believe this is before a lot of major trade routes and infrastructure keeping massive empire together. Same goes for the Early Greeks, unless dominating just Greece is enough for you (foregoing the fact that they were of course individual city-states given that they were all white).

So then we move on to Rome, which I believe got to it's largest point under Hadrian. From North to South, Hadrian's Wall in Britain to the Sahara Desert, East to West, the Iberian peninsula to the deeper middle east. So, pretty good, three different continents, but not the entirety of a continent. Along with the fact that Caesar pretty much genocided another group of whites in the Gallic War, that Rome had conquered Greece and ruled over it,and so on.

Moving to imperialist conquests, even counting Europe's scramble for the world that's really only about a thousand year period of world domination, and that's being liberal about it. Counting all civilization as an example of white power only extends that to maybe 5000 years. Humans have been around for what, 200,000?
