I think any reduction would definitely help some wherever you can. If you don't already I would super recommend swapping dairy milk for alternatives like almond, coconut or hazelnut, but trying to completely cut it out as is with veganism can be difficult because food manufacturers put dairy is in literally everything (took me a year to finally to from vegetarian to vegan).
