Nicotine is not addicting. It's been proven many times. I vape and when I am too lazy to make another coil I don't think about it much. If this is addiction then everyone must be a bunch of pussies. I feel worse when I don't get my coffee or wine. I can't vape at work anyway so it's mostly just to enhance the fun of wine or wake up before work. You might be addicted to something that is actually addicting and found in cigarettes of course. I quit 21 days ago and it was one of the best decisions, if not the best, that I've ever made.
That shit is a hardcore drug, and I say that as somebody who's done opiates, powder cocaine, crack, amphetamines-the whole shebang, including smoking fucking heroin. Cigarettes are as bad as heroin. They're harder to quit. I know some people claim not to get addicted, but just like some people can drink without becoming alcoholics, some can smoke without becoming fucking chainsmokers. I am not one of thosse people. My mom smoked when I was in utero, and I am a fucking crack baby. I am an addict for the rest of my life, whether I feel it or not, and I can't afford to restart that filthy fucking habit. I was an addict when I was born, and I was an addict before I ever took a fucking puff.
That shit sinks its hooks into every other concept, habit, emotion, ritual, event-every possible association it can. It latches onto anything it can and piggybacks on it so that you think of it every time you wake up, or eat a meal, or jack off, or fuck, or need to take a shit, or get stressed, or go to bed, or go to class, or get out of class, or think of this or that, or see this or that person, or get a phone call, or go for a drive-all of it. It's a fucking parasite.

It's evil. It's fucking evil. People have no clue how badly it fucks up your whole body. It just makes you feel like crap on so many levels, and you get used to it because you're a smoker and don't remember what being healthy feels like. Most cigarettes you smoke aren't even fun. Sure, the first one of the day feels good if you've been in withdrawal all night, but only for like 15 seconds. And there's so many that go with that one.

It stinks. It gets in your clothes, your hair, everything you own. Everybody can smell it, and you think it's subtle because your sense of smell is dulled. It's offensive to people.
It even hurts your erections.
Fuck that horrible shit. Tried it. Hate it.
