Had a similar but not quite that bad experience. Really put things into perspective. That was a while ago, and I can say with certainty that it has drained my motivation for persuing relationships. Now I've devolved from trying with chicks to posting vocaloids across 4chan.

This just happened yesterday
>family visits my city for a few days
>about to meet them at a restaurant for my bday
>At home getting ready to catch the bus and meet them
>all of a sudden see dickhead roomate from downstairs walking around outside in front of my window and talking on the phone

I haven't seen my mother and father in over 5 years and your post makes me cry, I wish they cared about me as much as yours care about you.

I worked at subway and had some dude develop a crush on me I guess and visit me at work all the time until my coworkers started telling me over the headset when he had come in and to stay in the back. He was a nice guy , but it made me uncomfortable. He eventually gave up after I told him I didn't want to go on a week long road trip with him over the summer.
