I think every person has a different answer as to what they think comprises a good female foot. For me:

>full, large nail beds
>bony toes
>deep arches
>size 9-11, but long toes make up for smaller sizes as they make feet look bigger
>large, well-rounded heels with pronounced achilles tendons
>cute little bump on side of outside of the foot, typical in lengthier feet

That's a lot of what I look for when I am gauging a foot's cuteness, sex appeal, etc.
