I too am a skelly bro.
My problem lies in that even while almost no physical exercise and eating almost regularly my metabolism vaporizes the calories I consume. I can eat a large meal before going to bed and I wake up feeling like my body is about to turn inside out.
Then if I was wanting to work out while maintaining sufficient energy levels I would probably have to double my daily food intake which would suck. It's not the act of eating or the food that's the problem, it's acquiring that much food.
