Start rinsing your mouth with hot salt water a couple times a day, it will hurt but it's good for you.

You need to eat, soft stuff no acid and no sugar. DRINK WATER. Might get away with milk too which would be a good source of calories.

I advise you take painkillers, more than recommended dosage which should help you manage to eat.

Unless you've got something seriously wrong with you it will clear up.

I get them all of the time. I have been getting them for so long most of my mouth no longer feels pain because I am so used to it. I can now heat that hot pizza, burn my mouth and the worst part is that annoying flap of skin, no pain at all. Also salt water helps a lot.

OP reporting in. Just made a big blend of sodium bicorbonate with water and rinsed it in my mouth. Proceeded to attempt to eat. Ate some tuna by using a spoon and putting it directly into the deep inside of my mouth and swallowing without chewing. Feels good.

Iktf OP, I've had countless of these fuckers in my life. My record is 4 at a time, including tongue.
However, I've read that there are dentists that have a laser that can burn them away. It's supposed to be pretty cheap (50 bucks or so) and it will burn your sores away instantly. No more pain. Maybe search the internet for one in your area if it is that bad.

Had canker sores all my life, and they've disappeared since I went vegan. And you can meme at me all you want for saying that but I can be eating something, accidentally bite the side of my mouth or my lip, and be completely healed in a day or two. Ummm thats a hazy way to think about it. The goal behind fasting is to lower your insulin levels and when you eat carbs that go back up. When your insulin is high your body cant metabolize fat properly which does result in a lwoering of metabolism. Fasting crushes your insulin levels so you have a far easier time.
