I'm exactly 5'8 and 122 pounds so this question is directed to m it seems. Yeah I'm skinny but it's easy being skinny I suppose because I will never have to worry about losing weight. It's also just easy to manoeuvre around day to day. That's it pretty much, pretty happy altogether

uhh I eat 2 meals a day essentially, I used to run a lot when I was 17, now 21 but don't do any exercise anymore. If I start to get fat, which I will probably in the next few years, I will simply start running again. but yeah the main reason is that I don't eat much because I sit at my computer all day

I skip breakfast and don't eat huge amounts when I eat so that my stomach stays small. Other than that, just count calories and try to slowly work down the number of calories you eat in a day to the point where you're eating 500 less than your TDEE. It takes getting used to and is easy to fuck up. Coffee and water are your friends.

5'9" 129lb. I guess it's partly my diet, and partly a mentality thing. Through high school I was eating 3 meals a day and I weighed 140ish. Once I graduated, I started eating fast food 4+ times a week, and my weight went up to 160lb. I looked like a fat piece of shit in pictures, I had stretch marks on my thighs, and my doctor told me I had high cholesterol. Stopped eating fast food all together, and the thought of it now grosses me out. I don't drink soda much anymore either, only if I go out to eat or something like that. I pretty much only drink seltzer water, coffee, juice, and tea. I eat something light for breakfast, and have one big meal for dinner. I wish I had motivation to go to the gym so I could get back up to 145lb, but muscle this time instead of chub.
