Bastion is what annoys me, because he's defense but he's built like a tank and has self-healing. If it's 1 v 1 and I'm attack and he's defense he shouldn't be able to reheal back to full health every time I have to fucking reload. He's easy to take out if the team focuses fire on him, but with soldier I was firing nonstop at him, shooting helixes, but then I had to reload and he'd be totally healed by the time I went back. Overwatch is anti-robot. It's required to coordinate with your team and everything is a team fight. Normies throw when things look bad. Bong rips into open mic almost every match. Being called bad by a 12 year old who only plays soldier and keeps running into symm turrets the whole match.

ana is harsh to play on dive meta, so bear in mind it's gonna be a pain in the ass through and through. even if you sleep a jumping winston there's still a genji weebing on you. but with ana, the more you play the more you improve, real easy. practice shooting out of scope even on mobile targets that are far away from a while. do not bother about your accuracy at the end of the match. most ana players are scared to miss shots and remain still in scope mode even in dangerous situations where the enemy can easily snipe you. if you're freaking out while you play you won't be able to do much.
watch galeadelade's stream, you learn an awful lot just by watching better people play the game.
besides from that, try to get a grip on the mechanics of the sleep dart. Watch how people sleep fast moving targets and try to imitate the same in your games. It's a projectile with a delay in it's animation, but it's not as complicated to hit it as you might think. It's pretty simple to become a "sleep dart god".

Then you have me, 7k hours in tf2, around 3k in quake, probably close to 3k more in other fps games not including Ow. I'm silver portrait 2 stars in Ow. If you want the real reason why this game is infuriating, it's because the current meta is a DPS driven meta. Tanks with solo kill potential are zarya vs a dogshit team that will feed her energy, and healers with solo "carry" potential is nothing. Ana was nerfed in line with the other healers (good) but they are all pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things
This leaves multiple issues, one being that every single try hard , no matter how bad they are, will autolock dps
This instantly causes problems with your team, arguments off the bat, nobody wants to play passive dogshit when I could pick McCree and dome niggers and get the game over with
It used to be when I boosted accounts that you could pick zarya/roadhog/tracer/McCree/genji/monkey/soldier/ and sometimes dva to carry teams, and there was enough variety that I wouldn't have to butt heads with the other players on my team, and if I was forced to heal, my ana was t500 capable and she could easily break the game because her kit was disgusting
Now it's either I pick DPS or it's game over from the start. In low MMR 0-3250 you can get away with a lot of really ignorant shit, but blizzard killed winstreaking so it's not profitable for first worlders to boost at those levels anymore, what does that mean? All orders below 3500 are sent to Chinamen, and now high end extremely disruptive tournament players only handle masters +, which creates this hell like experience in 3500-just below top 500 range. Along with this, there are A LOT of one trick ponies right below 4k, the ones who got good at a character and their in-depth knowledge let's them stomp to 3.9k then get crushed by people who have that knowledge for every character.

3.5k-4k is the most legit form of elo hell I have personally experienced, and I can say for a fact the combination of the dps centric meta + changes to the boosting rates + one tricks naturally falling here creates a perfect storm. It's easier than top 500 range, but not on your psyche.

I can't do jack shit as a healer.
I'm top 100 global in mercy dps stats and I can peel for myself 70% of the time. But that doesn't mean shit cause my dps are fucking dog shit. And while I 1v1 since I'm the solo healer ALWAYS I still live, but for those 4-12 seconds nobody is getting healed do the enemy dps or healers literally can steamroll my team with little skill or successful attacks at all.

The only hope I have is to maybe be zen or Lucio and get picks or cancel out ults. With mercy or ana now my team just wastes my ult or isn't grouped up to get rezzed or doesn't coordinate deaths so I can only ever rez one or two people and all the enemy team has to do is use one ult and wait for my rez and then they are free to dump everything else and rekill us. I am so assfucked from being able to carry anything.

Like in another match with orisa I the fucking 14 people into the well but we still lost cause our dps was shit. My godly plays still mean fuck all.
