I'm a tech-illeterate Win7 fag with baby duckling syndrome.....

I save everything to a single giant folder. I actually have fun going through it months or years later and seeing all that shit. Feels like I'm an archeologist seeing all the layers of trash and remembering what I was going through at that particular layer.
