I take melatonin and also fish oils from about a year. It helps a ton. Still have to sleep about 12 hours a day and feel unrested most nights tho, but 200 times better than before.

I am primary a NEET, but I still go to work when I feel like it at 8:00-17:30 company, but I go at about 14-15 pm (when I usually get up and have a comfy breakfast and poop) about 1-2 times a week when I feel like it. It is still ok because I still outperform all the dumbo normies anyways.

In a couple weeks I'll be starting my second year at uni and am going to really try to make friends this time. All I did last year was focus on getting good grades. I'm pretty single track focused so it's really hard for me to dedicate myself to multiple things.

Any advice on not beating myself up over grades and becoming a social butterfly? I'm already in a club but the biggest problem is that the school is really party and Greek life focused, while I want a healthy mix of grades and actual college life.

I've been confident and happy (i.e. not depressed) this summer back home but we'll have to see if my Anxiety tries to take over when I step foot on campus. Maybe I'll try to ask out the girls I was too autistic to ask out last year. Maybe.

So, any advice?

My family planned a vacation to sixflags and we're going at the end of the month for a week.
I've never been to sixflags (or any mega amusement park for that matter).
