What makes people interesting? Well you are the sum of your actions, so if you do interesting and cool things you will be more interesting. If you just sit around and just spectate life, you will be stagnant and boring. Learn an instrument, read about philosophy, go do cool shit like hiking on a mountain or going to see a concert. Whatever you find interesting just go do it. Also there's no trick or hack. It takes a long time of consistent effort to build character like that.
