I've been missing the Finnish autism

I've smoked since I was 13. Now I'm 21. I bought a pack on my birthday, a month ago, and decided to never do it again.
Quitting is not hard desu, although I do miss it. Quitting alcohol on the other hand is an uphill battle and I've almost slipped several times.

Smoking and reading philosophy are the only two joys I have in life. I sometimes sit down, read a book and smoke a whole pack in 5-6 hours, it's truly wonderful. Cigarettes are really cheap where I live, so unless I'm asleep, why not smoke?

What are you interested in? /lit/ would tell you to stary with the Greeks, and while that is a good idea, its not the only way to approach philosophy, it just gives you a basis for a general understanding. I think it would be a better idea to read a, possibly even inaccessible, book about a topic you're interested in and then branch out and gather thr necessary i tellectual context from there.
