I also have terrible social skills and am extremely sensitive to disapproval.

On top of this I've been a NEET living in isolation for about 7 years now and it's taken a substantial toll on both my physical and mental health. My appearance has degraded to the point where I get stares on the odd occasions I leave the house and they make me feel awful.

I dropped out of high school and am incredibly far behind my peers in everything and to catch up, especially with the significant disabilities I both started out with and have gained over the years would be next to impossible and I don't have the energy, willpower or courage to try.

I'm currently stewing in my own filth, overeating, drinking and waiting to die. The neighbours hate me and the whole neighbourhood seems to know about my situation. I'm a social pariah.
