>haha, like, our boss is the fucking worst, am I right?
Why do almost all normies have this mindset? I've worked several part time jobs over the years, and, despite the boss doing nothing out of the ordinary, my coworkers would act like our boss was Satan out to ruin everything good in their lives. Is it just a thing about authority that I don't understand, or am I really THAT weird to go to work expecting to work?
ive found that most normies would rather do absolutely nothing than actually do their work to pass time

This is very accurate
>be avid worker, always strive to be more efficient, come up with new solutions for my department etc
>easily most skilled and productive guy st work
>passed up on promotions anyhow because i didn't play the social games and ass-kissed my fellow employees and employers
Aaaand then I quit and started working for myself. Working in any business today sucks, people are inherently lazy and will never do more than than the bare minimum, or less.
And thats that. Thanks for reading my blog entry arcanines.

I liked my boss. My coworkers were what made it unbearable most of the time. Only because I'm autistic.

This. Only reason why the workplace might seem bad to them is because they routinely fuck things up, causing more rules or reprimandations to be enforced.
Normies' behavior is molded by the shit media they consume
On TV, people are always bitching about their boss. So normies believe that's what expected of them to do, even without valid reasoning.
To all wagies: do you like your boss?
