Breh I remember when I couldn't do one pushup. Now I can do like 40 or so and bench my bodyweight for 10 reps. Just keep working at it.

Do pushups off the back of a couch or other similar surface until you can work your way up to big boy push ups, it's how I had to do it.
Now I can do sets of 25 and even some pull ups.

You literally don't need to exercise at all to lose weight. Just stop eating like a fat retard.
