>just made Facebook because my job pretty much requires it
>first time indulging in social media, ever
>profiles of my classmates from elementary school, high school and university are recommended to me
>view about a thousand profiles of these people I used to know
>pretty much everyone is doing better than I am
Feels insanely bad, I am utterly depressed at the moment. The only person doing worse than me is one of my high school classmates who apparently got hit by a truck last year and died.
Anyone know these feels?

sounds like the guy that got hit by a truck is doing the best of all of you.
What kind of job do you have that requires facebook? Id literally rather kill myself than use a social media app. And even if for some reason I did, i wouldnt be able to lie on it and im sure id feel just as miserable as you do now.

I am a MSc student at the moment but I also work at a student organisation which announces its events through facebook.

well at least you're in the demographic of people that were originally intended to have a facebook. Dont feel bad. At least you're going to school and getting educated. Go cry to your student advisor. Fuck man. You got it made and you're bitchin bout little shit. Fuck!
brb gotta take a trip to hell. oh wait, IM ALREADY DEAD.

I don't feel like I made it. I am 25. I did absolutely nothing from 18 to 21. I was an actual NEET, not even joking, I literally did NOTHING during that time. No work, no school, no social events, no memories. It's all a blur. All I remember is playing Halo all day.
After that I started taking life a bit more seriously. Still feel like a failure.

Yeah, i feel ya. im 27, i only started working my ass off at 23, but I aint gone nowhere. It was all about those video games, same as you. still is too. It doesnt get better, but you have a chance to make it better now! Those early years are as I said Early. It doesnt matter much from where you are now. You WERE NEET. You were useless. But now you're actually doing something. but the sad truth is, ill see you in two years.

I knew it. I've been saying it for fucking years. At one point you won't have a choice anymore. You'll have to participate in the social media jew, out of neccessity, to live!
At a job interview they'll say you need to have a social media account or you CAN'T apply! You need one or won't be able to open up a savings account, or car insurance.
It'll become mandatory, and guess what... A facebook account itself won't be free anymore.
