Self destruction is something that every person should the right to. Suicide can be an incredibly dignified way to end life on your own terms. It is only because of propaganda/ ignorance that there is such a stigma on it. If your parents/ friends are truly decent people, they can come to understand this.

Anon, don't do it. You're doing yourself a tremendous disfavor and it will be emotionally torturous for those who know and love you. You have an instinctual fear of it for a reason.

it would be arrogant for me to assume I understand your position so all I can really do is speak from experience. ive been extremely depressed and hopeless in the past, where I'd stay in bed for weeks at a time and had months of thinking of killing myself every single day. My situation is still hopeless in a lot of regards but it doesn't depress me anymore and I can find joy from life now after years of gradually trying to improve my mindset.

All I can really say is you can't really trust your mind now, because although suicide may seem like a completely rational decision at times, depression twists your perception to only let you see the horror of life. Please give things time to improve, its cliche as fuck but you don't know where you'll be with yourself a few years from now, things could change and you'll be glad you didn't end it. If its any consolation, either way you'll have an eternity of being dead anyway, and you only really have to wait 50 or so years, nothing really in the scheme of things. Also, sexbots.

Rolling for this option, I've been bored before too OP. I haven't worked a real job in almost a year now and at 21 I really can't support myself anymore. Yeah I've thought about suicide. Starting at about 8 I've wondered about killing myself. The reason I would like you to kill yourself Op, is not because I don't like you, or that I want to troll. I want you to overcome your fear. Dear shouldn't keep you from doing something. Do what you want and feel empowered by it!

If I wanted to kill myself, fear would not stop me, the restraints on my straight jacket would.

Not OP, but I vowed that if I were to ever kill myself, I'd burn myself alive. Just because it's most likely one of the most painful ways to do it. If my life is to end by my hands, it'll be at a point where I I'm willing to face one of the worst pains possible just to end it.

what you drinking lad? when I'm feeling down I always like to do a bit if escapism into an RPG, and just lose myself in another world for a while, really helps to take your mind away from yourself for a bit and just enjoy yourself without any dwelling.
