If your receding hairline isn't too bad you can just rock the same shaggy hairstyle that ashton kutcher has. It hides it very well and it looks alright. It's what I do.

My hairline is receeding like a bitch, I've found the best option is to go shorter on the sides and leave some length on the top to comb over. Its not swaggy by any means but it doesn't look horrible. I'm afraid of the day I have to shave my head because I have a large awkward head.
