It's 5pm for me and I'm drinking and smoking listening to yung lean, I've got my lamp which is a dim yellowish colour on, there are birds chirping outside and I think it's about to start raining. I'm pretty depressed but still comfy so it's not so bad

Where did you take these?
What are you up to?
>>38885645
Where was this picture taken? I have to know.
>>38886686
>>38886686
The first and the last ones were taken in China, the middle two in my hometown. My photography style is comfy pretty much, I just wish I had slightly better gear, but at this point cost goes up exponentially for what may be minimal difference.
Right now I am enjoying some coffee and posting from my comfy night job. Have another picture to bump the thread.

>Whow, That's comfy
I have an autistic dream of speding a year at a polar research base.
>>38886552
It aint over till it's over

In that case then, have a comfy duck.
>>38887169
Dude, one of the towns I lived in, had a large pond, some trees, and ducks. The little fuckers would just sit on the grass, and doze off all day. It was a very comfy place to go.
Peaceful and all. Thanks for the feels
>>38886920
I didn't take it but I've been there, it's in Seoul
>>38887261
>>38887118
Samefag here. God do I want to live at the pole. Robot's delight.
This one is a russian nuclear powered icebreaker. basically a floating city!
>>38887261
I'm fortunate I live in a river city, there's this park that they just sit and sleep all day and they let you get pretty damn close to them. They also come up to you looking for some bread.
You're making me want deep freeze winter again though, anon. It's a shame I lost my winter SD card from last year.
>>38887321
Do you have any weird dreams, like I want to spend a year at the pole.
>>38887374
To be honest, I share that dream anon. Growing up in a cold place makes one love the absolute quiet of a cold winter night. I'm investing in a pair of snow shoes this winter so I can keep taking pictures and hiking around.
I guess my strange dream is to get a job on a cruise ship and just sail around to random places. It would be a fantastic escape from here. It doesnt have to be a cruise ship, any ship really. The vast emptiness of the water is calming
also captcha is being a cunt tonight.

I grew up in a city called Tyumen, 800,000 people in the middle of Siberia, a little slice of city, surrounded by endless forests. Haven't been there in a long time

>tfw you'll never be at the literal top and bottom of the Earth
>tfw you'll never experience 24 hours of sunlight and moonlight at a time
>tfw you'll never be away from all of the suffering of life, surrounded by seas of ice and snow
>>38887627
Maybe, but maybe I could do it. I'm going to a decent college, and if I schmooze enough I might be given a job as a technicial at a research base at the pole.
Seems like it isn't even that hard. Most people probably find the arctic offputting
Thanks for all the feels people!
I want to go back.
I miss night walks in Japan.

Wow amazing, thanks man.
I'll post some pictures I've taken while in Korea, most of the good ones are over the size limit though
I have a million pictures of this pole in all kinds of weather
Out the window of my old room
Winter in Korea is nice, summer has nice views but monsoon season makes it hell to be here
Too lazy to make all these pictures not sideways
Last picture I'm posting, here's a song as well.
https://youtu.be/BZnogXxUOGc
I haven't enjoyed my time here very much. Korea is a nice country but very claustrophobic; the people are welcoming but distant at the same time, which is the same way I am with others, but as it's something I've never seen in another, having it reflected across 60 million is unnerving. At 22, it's my firat time away from home for an extended period. I had my first girlfriend here and started my career, but the fleeting joy both of those events brought me brought pain as well. I will miss being here when I leave but while I've been here I've been frightened of leaving my isolated bubble where things are familiar enough to be comfortable but nothing is comfortable enough that familiarity brings attachment. I want nothing but to escape, yet I know that when I do nothing will be the same.
