Anyone else get depressed anytime they go on FB and hate seeing your friends succeed in life?

>Friends
Normie get out.

Plot twist: this is literally what they want you to feel by posting only cherry picked and often exaggerated moments of passing happiness, to the point where it becomes a source of motivation for them to post cool pictures. What they find eventually though, after stumbling across the truth for a couple too many times, is that social media is cancer and eats away their soul by dragging them into a circle-jerking pool of vanity.

Question: can one use social media without this happening? Such as not posting only happy moments.
I have a like 27 friends on my normie book. Every time I get on it I see them succeed in life. Even stalking old classmates I see they all got somewhere in this life. But I didn't. Guess we all can't be winners.

Probably yes, but it's hard to not be affected by the vanity and sheep mentality of most social media users.
Yep. That's why I recently deleted Facebook. I felt a little better after that, even though I just used it as another shit outlet for memes.

I just try not to check my Facebook much. I'll login to check if I have any notifications (usually don't) and then just close it unless something catches my eye. Seems to work alright.
I get depressed cause all the "friends" i added post photos of themselves hanging out with their real friends, while i just watch them make excuses of why they never reach out to me.

>He thinks school acquaintances that haven't deleted him yet are his friends
