Quit being a dumbass. There are circumstances where it would be "rational" to use nukes. What if it starts looking like the world is going to end up under Chinese hegemony in 30 years? The west couldn't hope to compete (population difference is just too great) so nukes would be the only deterrence in our toolset, and you can bet they'd try to call our bluff if we tried to check their influence.
