I hate my genes so much. Literal skeleton for most of my life and still pretty damn skinny. Worked my ass off to try and put weight on, spent I don't even know how much money on meats and protein powders, even those really expensive EAS ones. Was taking toilet clogging shits every morning. I have virtually no muscles in my arms, they are skinny as fuck. I can't benchpress anything, even that empty barbell. BUT, when it comes to lifting boilers, I sort of pull them up using my whole body and use the momentum. I can't explain it better. I've done sports a lot when I was young, and I hated it every single fucking step on the way. I seriously hate it when people go "oh it's fun" "everyone has something they like" "you'll learn to like it".

That's bullshit, every fucking word from every person and media, all of it, bullshit. I fucking hate sports. I've always hated it, I will always hate it, and yet, I'm doing it.

When you're fat and get into your 40's, you're gonna develop a whole fucking plethora of problems with varying degrees of seriousness that really fuck up your life. So I do sports with the full knowledge that I fucking hate it. That I will continue to hate it. But I don't do it because it gets me skinny, or it gets me laid, or because I'm more proud of myself (trust me I'm not, all I want to do is sit by my computer both in work and at home).

I do sports because I want not to be chronically tired. I do sports because I don't want breathing to feel hard and labored. I do sports because I want to have the energy to enjoy my life OUTSIDE of the fucking sport shit. I don't even do it to up my chances of dying at the age of 70 instead of 50, I do it because I want to keep my quality of life, both mentally and physically, for the remaining 20-30 years as opposed to already being basically in a grave on both those accounts.

None of this matters jack shit when you're 20 or 30. But trust me, get to be my age and it WILL matter.

70% of your fat on your body is from your diet. If you want to lose fat eat less calories and fat causing foods like sugar(Fructose) and beer.

Now what you are telling me is that you are "skinny fat" from your previous posts and you want to gain the shredded look. To do that you need muscle. To gain muscle you need to eat above your caloric deficit(CD). To find your CD start at 2000 calories a day, see if you are gaining or losing weight, if you are gaining weight (1-2lbs+ weekly). Then you can begin strength training, you may need to increase your calories depending on intensity, volume, frequency. The reason why you want to gain strength is because you aren't going to get muscle without moving heavy weights typically you will want to aim for 200-300 Press, 300-400 Squat and Deadlift. This whole process can take 1-3 years depending on your competence and health factors.

Then once you get to that point. Reduce your calories till you begin losing weight slowly so that you don't lose too much muscle mass and strength. You will want to get in a flow of bulking/cutting. You will want to bulk up more muscle/strength then what you will lose form cutting. BTW if you get too fat than what is comfortable for you feel free to cut.

But nothing drastic like 1000 calories a day and working out every single day. Your metabolism will fuck itself up and you will slowly losing fat if not stall completely. Aswell as develop health issues.

Also don't forget to get plenty of sleep, relaxation, and food.

BTW you don't have to lift weights every single day. aim for 3-4 days a week with light walking inbetween those days. When it comes to exercise Less is More. If you hate working out you are doing too much and putting too much strain on your body. Check out a website Elitefts.com It is a powerlifting website but it is 100x better than /fit/iots.
